Operators, contractors and utilities face a chronic shortage of design and drafting capacity. Hiring in-house is slow and expensive, and field information — sketches, photos, redlines, spreadsheets — is a constant bottleneck between what’s in the field and what a project actually needs to move forward.
Pathworks exists to close that gap remotely, without asking clients to hire an on-site vendor or manage a shifting roster of freelancers. We built the company around one differentiator: radical ease of entry. A client anywhere in the world can request a quotation with nothing more than a photo of a hand-drawn sketch, and we’ll turn it into a professional, standards-compliant deliverable.
What made this possible is treating time zones as an asset instead of a constraint. Our distributed team covers multiple time zones by design, so work is often progressing on a client’s project while their own office is offline — genuine overnight turnaround, not just a marketing line.
